Our production plants are located right in the town center of Klein Schierstedt, a district of the town Aschersleben in Saxony-Anhalt.
We produce industrial chocolate and pack this for our customers for further processing in the required shape. Since 2005, the entire output has been supplied to recognized brand manufacturers in the food industry for further processing.
We deliver our industrial chocolate – which we produce with a great deal of experience, knowledge, and passion – to our customers in various shapes and sizes.
We also assist our customers in developing new recipes and products.
History of the location
- The factory was founded in 1991 and started producing baby food.
- The filling of coffee whitener and cocoa powder was added and, following the installation of a granulation and filling system for lemon and wild fruit tea, the production of baby food ceased.
The new construction of a production hall began in April 1995, and with it came the establishment of a fully automated facility for manufacturing and filling hazelnut spread. At this time the first steps for producing, filling, and packing pralines were being taken.
Due to a high level of investment and renovation work, several production facilities for producing and packing industrial chocolate were put into operation between 1998 and 2001.
Since June 2005 the plant has belonged to Cargill and has specialized in the production of industrial chocolate.
