Wittenberge
BIO-Diesel Wittenberge GmbH produces rapeseed methyl ester from rapeseed oil.
The produced rapeseed methyl ester is then marketed as fuel (biodiesel)
and for technical applications.
A second production line is the distillation of glycerine. Here glycerine 99.5% according to PH EUR is produced.
At present 28 employees work at the location.
Location history
The BIO-Diesel Wittenberge GmbH was founded on 30 January 1995.
The acquisition of BIO-Diesel Wittenberge GmbH by Agravis and Cargill GmbH was concluded in 2000.
