Technical Management Trainee
We offer up−and−coming graduates with a technical university degree (University ⁄ University of Applied Science) − preferably engineering, process engineering, chemical and electrical engineering or food technology career opportunities at various locations in an 24−month development programme designed to suit your personal skills.
During this time, you will have the opportunity to attain a qualification "on the job" for you to subsequently take up a leading position within the Cargill organization.
In a practice−oriented context including being assigned to shift duty, learn about all our production processes and be a part of our (inter)national project work.
In addition we will focus your training on your personal and occupational skills and competences. Within the scope of a European−wide development programme you will also have the chance to visit other Cargill locations, build an internal network of contacts and enhance your interpersonal skills.
You already possess the necessary technical affinity as well as a well−developed appreciation for safety, quality and our environment.
Ideally you have already had the opportunity to gather practical experiences abroad which is why you are capable of applying the use of English as a language both in spoken and written form.

Human Resources Trainee
